Red Velvet Cake

Recipe:
180grams (1-1/3cups) all purpose flour.
8grams (1tbsp) cocoa powder. 
1tsp baking soda.
1tsp salt.
200grams (1cup) granulated sugar.
240ml (1cup) buttermilk (or 1 cup milk+ tbsp vinegar).
120ml (1/2cup) vegetable oil.
1tsp vanilla extract.
1tbsp red gel colour.
1/2tbsp white vinegar. 

Procedure:
Add all dry ingredients together sieve together add granulated sugar to the mixture to blend mixture add butter milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, red gel colour, then whisk gently.
Finish mixing with spatula add white vinegar to the mixture and lastly mix the batter.
Pour into pan and bake for 20-30mins.
